On October 18, 2021, New York Attorney General Letitia James directed unregistered crypto lending platforms to cease operations In New York.

Two of the lending platforms were directed to immediately cease their unregistered and unlawful activities in New York (Link). Three other platforms were directed to immediately provide information about their activities and products (Link).
